A very important announcement regarding the transition from php 7.4 to php 8.1 on all 4host.ch servers:
the php 7.4 version will soon reach End Of Life (towards the end of January 2023) and will therefore no longer be supported by cPanel.
Please check with your trusted webmaster the update status of your website.
For all the people who already have the wordpress version higher than 6.x.x, our "switch" or the transition to the 8.1 version of php (the most stable) will be for all the latest versions of wordpress, free from problems.
For other CMS (Ex: Joomla, Drupal, Prestashop, Magento or others), check with your webmaster, what you can do for an upgrade in anticipation of the change to php 8.1 which is now imminent.
N.B.: If cPanel does not remove php 7.4 by the end of January 2023, we at 4host will keep it for another month, but we are not sure that cPanel will allow you to keep it with the most updated versions of the same cPanel.
Therefore, please consider it urgent to update your CMS if it is not the latest version of the same or in any case talk about it with your trusted webmaster!
