To access the 4host.ch customer area, you can reset your password (you only need to be able to read your email with which you registered on the 4host.ch website):

For every time you want to enter the 4host customer area, without having to "complete" the activation of the two-step authentication (two factors).

N.B.: It is possible to enter without an authenticator only if you have already completed the authenticator registration procedure on a mobile phone at least once.

  1. Log in by requesting a reset password from the url below: https://www.4host.ch/clienti/password/reset
  2. Click on the link you receive via email (as shown) in the video so you can reset a new password
  3. Continue in the customer area by clicking on the link
  4. Go to Hello yourname - + click on the dropdown icon - + security settings, also navigable from this URL: https://www.4host.ch/clienti/user/security
  5. disable dual-level authentication.
  6. Log in again with the newly reset password: https://www.4host.ch/clienti/login
  7. Perform the operations again after login to enable the two-pass authentication.
