with this information we would like to inform you that 4host will no longer perform permanent blocks when:
- cPanel passwords fail several times
- email passwords fail several times
- ftp passwords fail several times
Only in rare cases may there still be "false" positive" when operating on web spaces, however you can usually be blocked usually due to very serious events:
- hack attempts on your website
- anti-hacking evasion attempts on your website
- other reasons usually considered serious
- possible false positives
If your workstation is excluded/blocked due to a false positive, you can send us the report to suppor@4host.ch or sales@4host.ch we will gladly carry out checks and unlock your station on request in the shortest possible time.
We can reassure you by saying that for many years now we have reduced the possibilities of "false-positive" to almost "0".
