All our servers are equipped with anti-malware and while the online files are loaded, the antivirus and anti-malware scans the files uploaded online.
It is normal that at a certain point (once the "cache" memory is exhausted), the system slows down the uploading of data (upload) via ftp as it scans files for files looking for virus or malware signatures.
Please be patient until all your data is uploaded.
We can also reassure you that this is not a problem for our servers, it is an additional precaution on our part in your favor.
