In the customer area: https://www.4host.ch/clienti/clientarea.php it is possible to self-manage every aspect of your service and also the additional options.
it is therefore possible to upgrade / downgrade the additional options by proceeding as follows:
- log in to the customer area with your credentials (email and password) at this link: https://www.4host.ch/clienti/clientarea.php
- click on the services submenu> my services (https://www.4host.ch/clienti/clientarea.php?action=products)> click on the view details button
- Click in the submenu: product management and select> Upgrade / Downgrade options
- Select the options you want to change from the drop-down lists
Once you have decided, you can pay (if it is an upgrade) for the service for which you intend to upgrade, while the downgrade is usually free, but this depends on the option itself.
N.B: For suspended or pending services, the options can only be changed by one of our technicians or only after the status is "active". In the eventuality and exceptionally it is possible to modify these options by writing a ticket to support@4host.ch
